• Fox is communicating really well. It is clear he understands what we say. If I say pick up the toys, he will, if I say, put on the hat, he will. He says a few things like "doggie" and "please" and "I did it!" 
• We took Fox tubing down the Comal River for the first time. He sat with daddy on the tube and cried every time they went down a little waterfall. 
• Fox sleeps in his own room and is sleeping through the night. 
• Fox can get around a little on his red trike. He moves slowly but before we know it he'll be super speedy, just like his brother.

Favorite Things

• Fox loves the pantry. He raids it all day. He'll carry out a bag of pretzels or a loaf of bread and hand it to me to open for him. His favorite foods at the moment are Chic fil a nuggets, diced cooked veggies and fruit snacks. 
• The vacuum cleaner. He has always had a fascination with it, except now that he is bigger he tries to use it himself.
• Hex bugs. It is his new favorite toy. He will hold on to his hex bugs for dear life so his brother won't steal them from him. Of course, Fox will snatch up Finn's the minute Finn takes his eyes off of it. It's quite the fiasco when hex bugs are brought out to play.
• Reading books. He can sit on the rug with me and read book after book, he'll make sure he takes every book off the shelf so we can read it. He especially loves "Brown Bear, Brown Bear, what do you see?" 
• He has figured out how to climb up the foot stool so he can reach the bathroom sink and play with the water. Sometimes he'll climb into the sink and give himself a bath. Agh! I'm keeping the bathroom door closed these days.
• Fox loves his next door neighbors, the Cardons. And just like Finn, he heads straight for their house when he is outside.
• Dance. When we dance in the car, he'll wiggle his legs and raise his arms to dance. When at home dancing, he'll tap his feet. He absolutely loves it when I spin him around in the air.
